PackDala Convenience Store, a business organized and existing in the Philippines (“Packdala”, “we”, “us” or “our”) takes your privacy seriously.

• To process transactions, we use your personal information to process and fulfill your orders, including payment processing, shipping, and order confirmation

• Third-Party Service Providers, we may share your information with third-party service providers that help us operate the App, process transactions, and provide other services (e.g., Telecommunications Companies – Globe, TM, Smart, TNT)

• Backup Copies: please note that deleted information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time, but will not be available to others.
• Public Information: if you shared any content publicly through our services, such as comments and posts in review section, it may remain visible even after you delete your account.
• Legal Obligations: we may retain certain information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
